Backward Classes Welfare Department – Establishment of 17 New Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Residential Degree Colleges from the academic year 2023-24

Government have issued orders for establishment of B.C Residential Degree College for women at Mitrajpally (V), Gajwel, Medak District from the academic year 2015-16.

Government, have issued orders for establishment of (15) new Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Residential Degree Colleges for the Backward Classes in the State from the academic year 2022-23.

In the reference 3^rd read above the Secretary, MJPTBCWREIS, Hyderabad has furnished proposal for establishment of (17) new Degree Colleges from the academic year 2023-24 in view of more BC population and huge demand in the State.
Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission for establishment of (17) new Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Residential Degree Colleges in the State from the academic year 2023-24 in the following Districts:-
- Jogulamba Gadwal
- Narayanpet
- Nagarkurnool
- Vikarabad
- Sangareddy
- Kamareddy
- Adilabad
- Kumurambheem Asifabad
- Mancherial
- Peddapalli
- Jayashankar Bhupalapalli
- Mulugu
- Mahabubabad
- Hanumakonda
- Bhadradri
- Kothagudem
- Suryapet

The orders for sanction of Teaching and Non-teaching staff will be issued separately by the Finance (HRM-II) Department.
The Secretary, MJPTBCWREIS, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action.
This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.III) Department vide their U.O.No.194849-A/60/A1/2023, Dated:04.04.2023.
