FDNY Takes Control of Widespread Brush Fire in Inwood Hill Park, Manhattan

On Wednesday afternoon at Inwood Hill Park in Manhattan, a brush fire broke out and the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) was immediately deployed to the area. The fire that started at around 3 p.m. was able to get out of control and spread to a considerable area of bush and smoke off Manhattan drifting towards George Washington Bridge.
