(01:48) 20 का इसने लो बनाया है। लेकिन जो हाई बना वह दिन का 18.62 का है। तो इससे एक बात क्लियरली समझ में आ रही है कि दोनों ही तरफ का यहां पे माहौल बनता हुआ दिखाई दे रहा है। कुछ बिकवाली हो रही है तो कुछ बड़े फंड हाउस है जो खरीदारी भी कर रहे। अब यह आप समझ ही सकते हो अगर इसका गणित अगर आप देखते हैं तो यह स्टॉक 27 तक गया था पिछली तेजी में। अब वह स्टॉक जो है 18 के आसपास है। यानी अब पॉजिटिव खबर के दम पर यह आराम से अच्छे लेवल तक जाने की ताकत रखता है। क्योंकि यह स्टॉक वाकई में फेयर वैल्यू पे है। उसकी परफॉर्मेंस देखें तो पिछले 1 महीने में इसने 1.73% के आसपास (02:19) की तेजी बताई है। इसका मतलब यह है कि जो गिरावट का सिलसिला था वह थमा है। 3 मंथ के हिसाब से जरूर यहां पे 3.29% के आसपास की गिरावट हुई है। जबकि 1 ईयर के हिसाब से भी अगर आप देखें तो यहां पे 3.13% के आसपास की गिरावट देखने को मिल रही है। 3 ईयर के हिसाब से जरूर इसने 131% का अच्छा खासा रिटर्न दिया है और फाइव ईयर के हिसाब से 345% का जबरदस्त रिटर्न दिया है। अब आप देखिए कोविड काल में ये स्टॉक जो सिर्फ 55 पैसे के आसपास आ गया है। यानी आप समझ सकते हैं स्टॉक 55 पैसे के आसपास था। वो स्टॉक काफी जबरदस्त दौड़ के 27 तक भी चला गया (02:52) था। अभी इस समय उस लेवल से नीचे और एक समय 2008 के पहले स्टॉक की प्राइस ₹100 से ऊपर थी। यानी इस स्टॉक के अंदर वो सारा पोटेंशियल है कि आने वाले में बेहतर कर सकता है। अब यहां पे जो बड़ी अपडेट निकल के आ रही है जेपी एसोसिएट की तरफ से जो एक्सचेंज को जानकारी दी है कि यहां पे क्रेडिटर ऑफ कमेट जो है सीओसी उसकी 25th मीटिंग हुई यानी 25वीं मीटिंग हुई है और यह कॉरपोरेट इनॉल्वेंसी प्रोसेस पूरा चल रहा है। रिोल्यूशन प्रोसेस उसको लेकर यह कंपनी की मीटिंग हुई है। तो आप देख सकते हो कि 12 दिसंबर 2025 को यह मीटिंग कंप्लीट हुई है। अब ऑलरेडी देख सकते हो कि (03:32) सीओसी ने adानी ग्रुप को इसका प्रमोटर के तौर पर मान लिया। आप देख ही सकते हो कि adानी की बोली को इन्होंने माना है और अब इस पूरे मामले को फाइनललाइज किया जा रहा है। adानी ग्रुप भी कि एनसीएलटी में चला गया है इस पूरे मामले को लेकर कि जल्द से जल्द हमें मंजूरी दी जाए कि हम इसका अधिग्रह कर लें। उनकी यही तमन्ना है कि जल्द से जल्द जो है अधिग्रह हो जाए एक बार जेपी एसोसिएट का तो 24% की जो हिस्सेदारी है वह उनको मिलेगी जेपी पावर के अंदर क्योंकि प्रमोटर है जेपी एसोसिएट उसके बाद 25% के आसपास की हिस्सेदारी उसके लेंडर्स है जिसमें ICICI बैंक भी शामिल है वह भी (04:06) अपनी हिस्सेदारी बेचना चाहते हैं। तो ऐसे में आप देख सकते हो कि आने वाला जो समय है वह काफी शानदार हो सकता है और जेपी एसोसिएट के बाद जेपी पावर भी adानी ग्रुप का हिस्सा पूरी तरह से बन जाएगी और हो सकता है कि adानी पावर के अंदर मर्ज हो जाए जेपी पावर तो मर्जर की यहां पे समझ काफी ज्यादा संभावना बनती हुई दिखाई दे रही है। तो एक और जो बड़ी अपडेट निकल के आ रही है आप देख सकते हो कि जेपी एसोसिएट के कुछ शेयर होल्डर है जिनके शेयर सर्टिफिकेट खो गए थे और उनको डुप्लीकेट शेयर सर्टिफिकेट यहां पे ऑफर किए गए हैं उनको वापस दिए गए हैं। तो यह कुछ नाम है जिसमें (04:43) आप देख सकते हो कि यहां पे कुमार अजवानी है। इसके अलावा आप देख कुमार अजवानी नंबर वन और टू उसके बाद दीपिका व्यास है। इसके अलावा अतुल सिंह व्यास और इसके अलावा त्रिवेणी व्यास इस तरह से बहुत सारे लोगों के जो शेयर सर्टिफिकेट उनको जारी किए गए। तो जब भी कंपनी के शेयर सर्टिफिकेट अगर खो जाते हैं, मिस हो जाते हैं, तो उसको डुप्लीकेट शेयर सर्टिफिकेट फिर कंपनी जारी करती है उसके शेयर ट्रांसफर एजेंट के माध्यम से। अब जेपी पावर की फाइनेंसियल सेहत को अगर देखें तो कंपनी इस समय प्रॉफिटेबल है। लगातार कंपनी प्रॉफिट में काफी अच्छा प्रॉफिट कमा रही है और कंपनी (05:19) का जो रेवेन्यू सेप्टेंबर में देखें तो उसमें 17.28% की जबरदस्त ग्रोथ देखने को मिली है। जो ₹1438.30 करोड़ तक पहुंच गया है। जो पिछले एक साल पहले ₹126 करोड़ के आसपास था। यानी कंपनी का रेवेन्यू अच्छा खासा बढ़ा है। कंपनी का प्रॉफिट डिक्लाइन हुआ है 0.31% आप देख सकते हो कि यह एक कमजोरी इसके लिए साबित हुई है। तो यह देख कि 182. (07:42) 40 का। फिलहाल स्टॉक उसके आसपास है। स्टॉक का पीई 16.8 का है और बुक वैल्यू इसकी 18.6 की है। अब आप देख सकते हो कि यह स्टॉक करंट प्राइस जो है इसकी बुक वैल्यू से भी नीचे क्योंकि इसकी बुक वैल्यू 18.6 की है। जबकि इसकी प्राइस 18.2 पे है। यही सबसे बड़ा गेम चेंजर बात हो सकती है कि कंपनी अपनी बुक वैल्यू से भी नीचे रन कर रहा है। इसका मतलब यहां से उम्मीद बहुत ज्यादा है। इसका Industries का पीई रेशियो भी काफी लो है। दूसरी कंपनियों के मुकाबले आरओसी 10.3% जो काफी अच्छा है और आरओई 6.
