it was brought to the notice of the Government by the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Hyderabad that Sri Ramalingeswara Weaker Section Cooperative Housing society is conducting its affairs in contravention of the Co-operative principles and violation of provisions of the Act, Rules and Bye-laws and collecting funds from poor people and taken permission for exemption from Income Tax Department U/s. 80(g)(5)(vi) under Sri Ramalingeswara Weaker Section Cooperative Housing Society mentioning as Charitable Trust, i.e., misutilising the Cooperative for collection of monies from the general public promising to provide houses.
Hence, to unearth the frauds and conspiracy and there is a need for detailed probe in all angles to find the culprits and to save the gullible public from losses. Hence, the Commissioner for Cooperation &Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Hyderabad has requested to entrust the case to CB-CID to conduct a detailed enquiry in the case to unearth the frauds and conspiracy and there is a need for detailed probe in all angles to find the culprits and to save the gullible public from losses.
Government after examination of the proposal of the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Hyderabad, hereby entrust the case to the CB-CID, to conduct thorough enquiry in order to find out culprits and to bring to book all concerned and to save the gullible public from losses .
The Additional Director General of Police, CID, Hyderabad is requested to make thorough investigation in to the case and take suitable further action against all concerned.
The Commissioner for Cooperation &Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter by lodging a specific complaint with all original records to register a case in CB-CID to take up- investigation duly following the guidelines issued vide Govt. U.O.Note No.1067/L&O.I/A1/200-4, dt.30.12.2000 immediately.
This orders issues with the concurrence of Home Department, vide their U.O.Note.No.221/SPL/A2/2019, 24.12.2019.
