Scheduled to transpire from December 28 to January 6, the Praja Palana program invites the public to actively participate by submitting application forms at various designated locations across the state.

Simplifying Processes: Documents Required

To streamline the application process, the public can conveniently submit the form at specified locations in each district of Telangana. The single application encompasses details crucial for Mahalakshmi, Rythu Bharosa, Cheyutha, Griha Jyoti, and Indiramma Ilu schemes. Essential information includes the head of the family’s name, date of birth, Aadhaar card number, and ration card number, among other key details.

Applicants are also required to furnish photocopies of their Aadhaar and white ration cards along with the completed application form.

Localized Convenience: Downloading and Submitting Praja Palana Form in Hyderabad

For the residents of Hyderabad, the Praja Palana form is readily available for download. After completion, the form can be submitted at designated counters located at four strategic positions in every ward within Hyderabad.

In the urban landscape, a total of 600 locations have been meticulously selected as centers for receiving Praja Palana forms. These locations will be officially disclosed by the government upon the formal launch of the program.
