Positions Available on Contract Basis
1. Manager/Coordinator (4 Positions)
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate in Social Work (MSW) or Masters Degree in Psychology, M.Sc in Home Science (Child Development) from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with expertise in women/child protection issues.
- Demonstrable commitment to women and child concerns, along with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on a computer, proficient in MS-Office package and internet usage.
2. Social Worker (3 Positions)
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate in Social Work or PG Diploma in Psychology/Early Childhood Care and Development from a recognized university.
- At least 2 years of experience in women/child protection issues, with a focus on adoption.
- Good rapport with NGOs, police, and government departments working with children.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Computer proficiency in MS-Office package and internet usage.
3. General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) (1 Position)
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualified medical personnel with relevant qualifications in GNM.
- Age: 25 to 35 years (SC, ST & BC up to 40 years)
- Remuneration: Rs. 23,170/- per month
4. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) (1 Position)
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualified medical personnel with relevant qualifications in ANM.
- Age: 25 to 35 years (SC, ST & BC up to 40 years)
- Remuneration: Rs. 18,536/- per month
Positions Available on Outsourcing Basis
5. Pre-School Teacher (1 Position)
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Should be qualified Intermediate.
- Age: 21 to 35 years (SC, ST & BC up to 40 years)
- Remuneration: Rs. 13,000/- per month
6. Pediatrician (Part-time) (1 Position)
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Medical Doctor with a minimum of MBBS.
- Specialization in Pediatric Medicine necessary.
- Age: 35 to 50 years
- Remuneration: Rs. 87,750/- per month
7. Chowkidar Ayah (2 Positions)
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Committed and agile individuals with no past record of moral turpitude.
- Experience in taking care of infants and children below 6 years.
- Age: 25 to 50 years
- Remuneration: Rs. 14,500/- per month
8. Assistant cum Data Entry Operator in Child Welfare Committee (2 Positions)
- Eligibility Criteria:
- 12th pass with a diploma/certificate in computers.
- Age: 21 to 35 years (SC, ST & BC up to 40 years)
- Remuneration: Rs. 7,944/- per month
9. Child Helpline Supervisors
- Number of Positions: 1
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate, preferably in B.A. in social work, computer sciences, information technology, community sociology, or social sciences from a recognized university.
- Weightage for experienced candidates.
- Proficiency in Computers.
- Preference may be given to personnel working in emergency helplines.
- Age: 21 to 35 years (For SC, ST & BC candidates up to 40 years)
- Remuneration: Rs. 19,500/- per month
10. Case Workers
- Number of Positions: 2
- Eligibility Criteria:
- 12th pass from a recognized board/Equivalent board with good communication skills.
- Weightage for experienced candidates.
- Proficiency in Computers.
- Preference may be given to personnel working in emergency helplines.
- Age: 21 to 35 years (For SC, ST & BC candidates up to 40 years)
- Remuneration: Rs. 15,600/- per month
