Nursing Officer Post Telangana 2023

The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Nursing Officer Post Telangana 2023, Hyderabad in the reference has submitted the proposals for change of nomenclature in respect of certain categories in the Nursing Cadre.

Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby issue the following amendments to the Telangana Medical Subordinate Service, Branch-II Nursing Rules issued vide G.O. read above.

Accordingly, the following notification will be published in an Extraordinary issue of the Telangana Gazette, dated 07.10.2023.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Articles 309 of the constitutions of India and of all other powers hereinto enabling the Governor of Telangana State hereby makes the following amendment to the Telangana State Nursing Service Rules, Branch-II issued in G.O.Ms.No.2035, Health, Housing & Municipal Administration Department, dt:27-09-1965 as amended from time to time.

The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 07-10-2023. AMENDMENT In th’t Telangana Medical Subordinate Service, Branch-II Nursing Service Rules,-

(I) Wherever the words “Staff Nurse” occur the words “Nursing Officer” shall be substituted ;
(ii) Wherever the words “Head Nurse” occur, the words “Senior Nursing Officer” shall be substituted .

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Articles 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereinto enabling the Governor of Telangana State hereby makes the following amendments to the (1) Telangana State Nursing Service Rules, Branch-II issued in the G.O.Ms.No.2887, Health, Housing & Municipal Administration Department, dt.23.10.1963 as amended from time to time,

(2) Adhoc Rules for the Temporary post of Public Health Nurses issued in G.O.Ms.No.679, Health, Housing & Municipal Administration Department, dt:19-04-1966 as amended from time to time and (3) the Telangana College of Nursing Service Rules, 1996 issued vide G.O.Ms.No.101, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (M1) Department, dt:04.04.1997 as amended from time to time.

The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 07.10.2023.

AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-wherever the words “Public Health Nurse (Teaching)” occur, the words “Public Health Nursing Officer” shall be substituted.

The Director of Medical Education and Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Telangana, Hyderabad in the letters and have submitted the proposals for change of nomenclature in respect of certain categories in the Nursing Cadre. Government after careful consideration of matter hereby issue the following amendment to the G.O. 15t read above.

Accordingly, the following notification will be published in Extraordinary issue of the Telangana Gazette dated :07.10.2023. NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Articles 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereinto enabling the Governor of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the Telangana Medical Education, Health and Family Welfare Nursing Service Rules, 1998 issued vide G.O.Ms.No.466, Health Medical & Family Welfare Department, dated 16.10.1998 as amended from time to time. 3. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 07.10.2023.

AMENDMENT
In the Telangana Medical Education, Health and Family Welfare Nursing Service Rules, 1998,-(I) wherever the words and expression “Nursing Superintendent Grade-II” occur, the words “Deputy Nursing Superintendent” shall be substituted; (i) wherever the words and expression “Nursing Superintendent Grade-I” occur, the words “Chief Nursing Officer” shall be substituted; (BY ORDER AND IN THE NAME OF THE GOVERNOR OF TELANGANA) S.A.M.RIZVI SECRETARY TO GOVERNMENT
