District Court at Rajanna Sircilla District Orders have been issued notifying the local limits of jurisdiction of District Court, Rajanna Sircilla District consequent upon approval of High Court for establishment of 33 Judicial Districts Co-terminus with 33 Revenue Districts under Telangana Civil Courts Act, 1972 & Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, which was published in Extraordinary Issue of the Telangana Gazette, Dated:17-05-2022. Further, an amendment was issued vide G.O.2nd.
In the circumstances stated by the Registrar General, High Court for the State of Telangana
at Hyderabad in the letter, Government after examination of the matter, hereby
issue the following amendment to the Notification issued in the G.O.1st read above:
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of
Telangana Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act No.19 of 1972), the Government, in consultation
with the High Court for the State of Telangana, and in supersession of the orders issued
vide G.O.2nd , hereby amend the orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No.42,
