SERP VOA salary in Telangana or VOA Honorarium hiked 8000 per month by the government of Telangana on 25-08-2023 as per government order GO 442. This will benefit 17608 VOAs in the State. VO which are federations of SHGs will pay 3000 and an honorarium per VOAs will be paid 5000 by the Government of Telangana, a Total 8000/- to All VOAs in Telangana State working under SERP Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty.
Village Organization Assistants ( VOAs) are employees of Village Organizations (VOs) which are Federation of SHGs in Villages. They are being paid honorarium of 3000 per month from income of VOs. To enhance the income e VOAs. the government was also paying additional support of Rs 3000/- per month per VOA. making the honorarium to Rs 6000/- per month. In terms of the above the government support towards honorarium of Village Organization Assistants VOAs was hiked by 30% to Rs.3900/- Per month in the year 2021
Government, after careful examination, hereby further enhances the support to the Village Organizations towards the additional honorarium per VOAs from Rs.3900/- to Rs 5000/- per month, thus making the honorarium of VOAs to Rs.8000/- per month. This will benefit 17608 VOAs in the State.

ORDER:
In the referncerl read above, the Resource Persons welfare Association has submitted a representation and requested for enhancement of existing honorarium of RPs working in MEPMA & GHMC of the Telangana State.
The Mission Director, MEPMA has informed that the Resource Persons are selected and engaged by the Slum Level Federations (SLFs), Town Level Federations(TLFs) and Town Vikalangula Samakyas(TVSs) and these RPs are assisting the SHGs / SLFs, TLFs and TVSs for book keeping, facilitating bank linkages, Street Vendors loans, Recovery of loans, participating in Telanganaku Haritharam, Sensitising communities to make localities Open Defecation Free (ODF), implementing Swachh Telangana Flagship Programmes etc.
Further informed that the Government in the reference 1st read above, has sanctioned the honorarium @ Rs.4000/- per month to each Resource Person being released from VLR funds from MEPMA. The Mission Director, , MEPMA, Hyderabad in the reference above has submitted proposals to the Government for consideration of enhancement of remuneration to the RPs working in GHMC and MEPMA.
The Government after careful consideration hereby enhance the honorarium of Resource Persons working MEPMA and GHMC from the existing Rs.4000/- Per month to Rs.6000/- per month.
