Under the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad in the reference read above and after careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accords Administrative approval for the work “Survey, detailed investigation, designs and execution of Narayanpet- Kodangal Lift Irrigation Scheme for irrigating 1,00,000 Acres in Kodangal, Narayanpet and Makthal Constituencies” for an amount of Rs.2945.50 Crores (Rupees Two thousand nine hundred forty five crore and fifty lakhs only) duly superseding the stage-I administrative sanction accorded vide G.O.MS.69 I&CAD(PW.M&MI.T1.A1) Dept Dt.23.05.2014, subject to following conditions.
i. The Chief Engineer (I), Mahabubnagar shall obtain approval for E&M works from Advisor, LI schemes, I&CAD Dept., Govt., of Telangana.
ii. The Chief Engineer, Mahabubnagar shall ensure the provisions made in the estimate are as per the IS codes/guidelines and ensure the correctness of quantities.
(iii)The Chief Engineer , Mahabubnagar shall obtain the approved HP designs and drawings of structures and CM & CD works from the competent authority.
iv. The Chief Engineer (I), Mahabubnagar shall ensure the dewatering charges @ 3% on relevant data as per standard data.
v. The Chief Engineer (I), Mahabubnagar shall ensure that the reimbursement of the permit fee @ 0.8 times of seigniorage charges is done only after obtaining approval from the Government.
vi. The Chief Engineer (I), Mahabubnagar shall ensure that the provision towards distributaries and field channels should be as per guidelines in vogue.
vii. The Chief Engineer (I), Mahabubnagar shall ensure that the ayacut proposed is not overlapped with any other projects.
viii. The Chief Engineer (I), Mahabubnagar is responsible for the provision made towards price adjustment and ensure the correctness before making payment.
