Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Department Transfers/Postings of Executive Engineers/In-charge Executive Engineers, RWS&S Dept., in view of the re-organization of the structure of RWS&S Dept., in relaxation of the ban on transfers –Orders – Issued.

The government have issued orders re-organizing the structure of entire RWS&S Department. 2. In the reference 4th read above, Thirty-Six (36) Deputy Executive Engineers, RWS&S Department have been appointed as Executive Engineers on In-charge basis on their own scale of pay, in relaxation of Rule 10(h) of TS&SSR, 1996.

1. Consequent to the above, the Engineer-in-Chief, RWS&S, in his letter 5th read above has furnished the proposal for issuance of place posting orders to the Executive Engineers of RWS&S Department.
2. In the G.O. , Finance Department have issued orders for continuation and up-gradation of the following Executive Engineer (World Bank) posts to that of Superintending Engineer, in the O/o the Engineer-in-Chief, RWS&S, Hyderabad, out of the posts sanctioned under TSRWSSP Programme for a period of two years or till the need ceases whichever is earlier.
