This budget presents an opportunity to initiate the path towards restoration. Transforming ITIs, at a cost of ₹2000 crore, is expected to benefit around 1 lakh youth.

Furthermore, the government plans to introduce two more guarantees soon. The Mahalakshmi scheme will provide LPG cylinders to eligible families for ₹500, while the Gruha Jyothi scheme will offer 200 units of free domestic power to each eligible household.

Addressing the immediate challenge of improving the state’s financial situation without burdening the people is a priority. The government also intends to address regional disparities evident in Telangana by setting up 10-12 Pharma village clusters spanning between 1000 and 3000 acres.
