The Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty has submitted proposals for Amendment in Para 4 of the G.O. 1st read above, under eligibility criteria (III) the words occurred in (A) Age- Requirements during verification column “ Should be established clearly by documentary evidence such as birth certificate, electoral roll, Aadhaar card or any document which shows the proof of age”.

2. Government after detailed examination of the proposal, hereby issue the following Amendment to the G.O. 1st read above in Para 4 under eligibility criteria (III) the words occurred in (A) Age – Requirements during verification column:-

AMENDMENT FOR READ AS
Should be established clearly by documentary evidence such as birth  certificate, electoral roll, Aadhaar card
or any document which shows the proof of age. “Should be established clearly by
submitting one of the following documents.

A. Birth certificate issued by a Municipal Authority or any office authorized to issue Birth and
Death Certificate by the Registrar of Births & Deaths.

B. School leaving certificate / Secondary School leaving certificate / Certificate of Recognized Boards from the
school last attended by the applicant or any other recognized educational institution.

C. Electoral roll.

3. The Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter.
