The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad has informed that District Collector, Nalgonda has submitted proposals for formation of Ajalapuram Village as a new Gram Panchayat duly bifurcating from Yeragandlapally Gram Panchayat in Marriguda Mandal of Nalgonda District. The proposed bifurcation of Ajalapuram, Ajalapuram Thanda and Narsimhapuram Villages from the existing Gram panchayat Yeragandlapally in Nalgonda District.

The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment Hyderabad has reported that the population of Ajalapuram Village is 1300, income is Rs.64,095/- and Distance between Yeragandlapally Gram Panchayat to Ajalapuram (V) is 4
K.Ms. Even after bifurcation there is no change in the boundaries of Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency/Zilla Parishad Territorial Constituency. The Gram Panchayat proposed for bifurcation are existing in Non-scheduled area.
The Yeragandlapally Gram Panchayat in its Gram Sabha resolution dt.11.3.2013 has resolved to bifurcate the Gram Panchayat Yeragandla and constitute the area as new Gram Panchayat namely Ajalapuram.
Government after careful examination of the matter and keeping in view of the resolution of the Yeragandlapally Gram Panchayat, report of the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad, have decided for bifurcation Ajalapuram, Ajalapuram Thanda and Narsimhapuram Villages from the Gram Panchayat Yeragandlapally in Marriguda Mandal of Nalgonda District and constitute the area as new Gram Panchayat namely Ajalapuram in relaxation of the ban orders issued in the G.O.Rt.No.1634, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (Pts.IV) Department, dt.12.10.2001.
Accordingly, the following notification will be published in an Extraordinary
Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated: 26-03-2013.
The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase, Hyderabad, is requested to publish the notification and furnish (25) copies of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette to Government, immediately.
In exercise of the powers conferred under subjection (1) of section clauses (a) and (f) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act 13 of 1994) and in relaxation of the ban orders issued in the G.O.Rt.No.1634, Panchayat Raj &Rural Development (Pts.IV) Department, dt.12.10.2001, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby cancels the notifications in which the Ajalapuram, Ajalapuram Thanda and Narsimhapuram Villages in Nalgonda District was declared as villages in order to bifurcate the said villages from Yeragandlapally Gram Panchayat of Marriguda Mandal, and constitute the said area as new Gram Panchayat namely Ajalapuram Gram Panchayat, in Nalgonda District with immediate effect.
