Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment Hyderabad, has informed that the District Panchayat Officer, Nalgonda has submitted the proposals for bifurcation of Pittalagudem (V) from Chamledu Gram Panchayat of Gurrampode (M) in Nalgonda District and constitute the area as new Gram Panchayat namely Pittalagudem Gram Panchayat in Nalgonda District. Further, he has reported that the existing Chamledu Gram Panchayat has the following habitations.
2) The population of Chamledu (Residuary) is 2046 and proposed bifurcation village i.e. Pittalagudem (New) population is 1653. The annual income of Chamledu Gram Panchayat after bifurcation will be Rs.75,000/- and that of Pittalagudem village will be Rs.75,000/-. The distance from Chamledu Gram Panchayat to Pittalagudem village is 4 Km. The Jurisdiction of Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency is not disturbed. The Chamledu Gram Panchayat has resolved to bifurcate the Gram Panchayat into 2 Gram Panchayats, namely Chamledu (Residuary) and Pittalagudem (New) on 14.04.2012.
3) Government after careful examination of the matter and keeping in view of the report of the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad, the resolution of the Gram Panchayat Chamledu and the report of the District Panchayat Officer, Nalgonda have decided to bifurcate the Pittalagudem village from Chamledu
Gram Panchayat of Gurrampode Mandal in Nalgonda District and constitute the area as new Gram Panchayat namely Pittalagudem Gram Panchayat in Nalgonda District.
4) Accordingly, the following notification will be published in an Extraordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated: 06 -11-2012.
5) The Commissioner, Printing Stationery and Stores Purchase, Hyderabad, is requested to publish the notification and furnish 25 copies of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette to Government, immediately.
In exercise of the powers conferred under clauses (a) and (f) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, (Andhra Pradesh Act 13 of 1994) read with rule 6 of the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayat ( Declaration of villages ) Rules, 2007 and in relaxation of the ban orders issued in G.O.Rt.No. 1634, PR&RD (Pts.IV) Department, dt. 12.10. 2001 the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby bifurcate the Pittalagudem village from Chamledu Gram Panchayat of Gurrampode (M) Nalgonda District and constitute the Pittalagudem village as new Gram Panchayat in Nalgonda District with immediate effect. The residuary part of the Gram Panchayat i.e. Chamledu Gram Panchayat along with its hamlet village Kattavarigudem will continue as Chamledu Gram Panchayat.
