Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Councils MSMEFCs Regional level


Telangana MSMEFCs at Regional level  Orders were issued extending the term of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Council for a further period of 2 years while constituting the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Council at the State Level with Commissioner of Industries as Chairman.

Commissioner of Industries has stated that the existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSMEFC) is overburdened with a large number of cases, that the disposal of cases is very slow. Further, he stated that it is desirable to establish Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Councils at Regional level under the provision of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006.

3. After careful consideration, the Government have decided to set up four Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Councils [MSMEFCs] at Rangareddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Warangal Urban and Karimnagar.

4. Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in an Extra-ordinary issue of Telangana gazette dated:07-07-2018.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 and 21 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006) read with Rules 3, 4, and 5 of the Telangana State Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2017 and in supersession of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.36, Industries & Commerce Department dt.11.12.2014 as amended in time to time, the Government of Telangana hereby establishes and constitutes the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Councils at Rangareddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Warangal Urban and Karimnagar District Headquarters and having same jurisdiction as that of the ex-officio Additional Director of Industries (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act) as notified in the G.O. 6th read above for a period of two years, with the following members as mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto.

The existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Council constituted in G.O.Ms.No.22, Industries and Commerce (FP&MSME) Department Dt.18.03.2017 shall cease to exist and the above four councils will come into force from the date of publication of this Notification. The proceedings of the existing council shall remain valid and all the record shall be transferred to the respective newly constituted councils.

Schedule

(1) Joint Director of Industries, Ex-Officio Chairman O/o the General Manager,
District Industries Centre of the said district and Ex-officio Additional Director of Industries (MSMED Act).

(2) President, Federation of Telangana Small & – Member Medium Industries Association (FETSIA),
Hyderabad or his nominee who shall be Executive Committee Member,
nominated by the President.

(3) President, Federation of Telangana and – Member, .P. Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI)
or his nominee who shall be Executive Committee Member, nominated by the President.

(1) Concerned Zonal Manager of Andhra Pradesh State – Member
Finance Corporation, Hyderabad (Telangana Division).

(5) Lead District Manager. – Member

5. The Deputy Director/Assistant Director of Industries from the office of the respective General Manager, District Industries Centre shall be the ex-officio Secretary of the Council.

6. The Commissioner of Industries, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter.

Industries and Commerce Department – Setting up of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Councils (MSMEFCs) at Regional level – Orders – Issued.

INDUSTRIES & COMMERCE [FP&MSME] DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No. 43Read the following:

Commissioner of Industries has stated that the existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSMEFC) is overburdened with a large number of cases and that the disposal of cases is very slow. Further, he stated that it is desirable to establish Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Councils at Regional level under the provision of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act. For this he has proposed to designate certain Joint Directors of Industries as ex-officio Additional Directors of Industries (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act) for the limited purpose of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act.

2. After careful consideration, the Government has decided to concur with the proposal. The following notification shall be published in an Extra-ordinary issue of Telangana Gazette dated:07-07-2018.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of powers conferred by clause (1) of sub section (1) of Section 21 of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006) read with rule 5A, The Telangana State Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules 2017, the Government of Telangana hereby appoints the Joint Directors of Industries, office of the General Manager, District Industries Centre of the following district, namely:- (1) Rangareddy (2) Medchal-Malkajgiri (3) Warangal Urban (4) Karimnagar; as ex-officio Additional Director of Industries (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act), for the purpose of the said Act, in respect of the districts under their jurisdiction as per schedule appended hereto:-

1. The MSMED Act ( No.27 of 2006).
2. G.O.Ms. No.36, Ind. & Com (FP & MSME) Dept., Dated:11.12.2014.
3. G.O.Ms. No.22, Ind. & Com (FP & MSME) Dept., Dated:18.03.2017.
4. G.O.Ms. No.39, Ind. & Com (FP & MSME) Dept., Dated:30.06.2017.
