Government of Telangana & District Collector,in his letter, has informed that, the Extension Officer (PR&RD), MPP, Siddipet Mandal has submitted proposals for formation of Banjerupally Village as separate Gram Panchayat duly bifurcating from Kodandraopally Gram Panchayat, Siddipet Mandal, Siddipet District as per proposals received from Gram Panchayat Kodandraopally Formation and List 4380 New Gram Panchayat in Telangana
The Extension Officer, Siddipet, in his letter third read above, has furnished proposals for a separate Gram Panchayat status to Banjerupally of Kodandraopally of Siddipet Mandal. The Gram Panchayat, Kodandraopally has conducted Gram Sabha meeting and passed a resolution dated 27-01-2017 for bifurcation of Banjerupally of Gram Panchayat Kodandraopally. The Banjerupally village is distanced 3kms from Kodandraopally. Further, he has informed that, The Gram Panchayat Kodandraopally has passed a unanimous resolution on 27-1-2017 resolving that they have no objection to bifurcate Banjerupally from Kodandraopally and constitute as separate Gram Panchayat Formation and List 4380 New Gram Panchayat in Telangana.
The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad has reported that the population of Banjerupally Village is 578, income is Rs.32,600/- and distance between Kodandraopally to Banjerupally (V) is 3 KMs Formation and List 4380 New Gram Panchayat in Telangana.
Government after careful examination of the matter have decided to separate Banjerupally hamlet of the Gram Panchayat, Kodandraopally and constitute the area as new Gram Panchayat namely Banjerupally Gram Panchayat in relaxation of rule 6 of Telangana Gram Panchayats (Declaration of villages) Rules 2007 issued in G.O.Ms.No.542, PR&RD (Pts.IV) Department, dt:03.12.2007 and ban orders issued in the G.O.Rt.No.1634, PR&RD(Pts.IV)
Department, dt.12.10.2001, as a special case.
Accordingly, the following notification will be published in an Extraordinary Issue of the Telangana Gazette dated:20.07.2017
The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase, Hyderabad, is requested to publish the notification and furnish 25 copies of the Telangana Gazette to Government, immediately.
In exercise of the powers conferred under subsection (1), clauses (a) and (f) of sub-section (2) of section 3 read with section 4 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Telangana Act 13 of 1994) Government of Telangana hereby in partially cancellation of the notification wherein the
Banjerupally has been notified as hamlet of Kodandraopally Gram Panchayat, Siddipet Mandal, Siddipet District; hereby declare Banjerupally as separate village (separating from Kodandraopally Gram Panchayat, Siddipet Mandal, Siddipet District) and constitute the area of Banjerupally Village as new Gram Panchayat namely Banjerupally Gram Panchayat in Siddipet District in relaxation of rule 6 under rule 12(2) of the Telangana Gram Panchayat (Declaration of villages) Rules, 2007 issued in G.O.Ms.No.542, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (Pts.IV) Department, dated.03.12.2007 and the ban orders issued in the G.O.Rt.No.1634, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (Pts.IV) Department, dt.12.10.2001
