G.O.MS.No. 5  11 September 2014 Telangana School Education Department compassionate appointment to the deceased employees working in recognized aided institutions  Implementation of the G.O.Ms.No.113, Education (SE.PS1) Department dated 06.10.2009 with retrospective effect i.e. from 20.10.2004 – Orders – Issued.

Telangana Government with Scheme of compassionate appointments to the dependents of the deceased Government employees was introduced. In the reference second read above, further instructions were issued on the scheme of compassionate appointment to the dependents of the deceased Government employees and in the reference, the scheme was extended to the employees working in  Aided
/ZPP/Municipal Management Schools.

Clarified that the children of the deceased employees working in Aided Schools are eligible for compassionate appointment based on the qualifications in any Government Office/ Schools.

Again in the reference fifth read above, Government have cancelled the orders issued vide memo dated 18.05.1995 and specific instructions were issued to the effect that the children of the deceased employees working in Aided Schools are eligible for compassionate appointments only in that School. Subsequently, in the reference 6th read above, Government imposed ban on creation / filling up of existing vacancies of aided posts in the recognized aided schools and also issued orders that the ban orders are applicable for the appointments on compassionate grounds in the Aided Schools in the reference 7th cited.

Government have revived the scheme of compassionate appointment to the dependents of the deceased aided employees working in
the aided institutions in terms of G.O.Ms.No.30, Education (Ser.V) Department, dated 01.02.1994 by taking district as a unit and providing them employment in ZP/MPP/Government offices( Not in aided institutions)

Government have clarified that the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.113, Education (SE.PS1) Department dated 06.10.2009 are with effect from
the date of issue of G.O., i.e. w.e.f. 06.10.2009 ( prospective) only.

6. Government have received several representations from the people’s Representative / Unions with a request to extend the benefit of the scheme of compassionate appointment with effect from 20.10.2004 (with retrospective effect)

7. Government after careful examination of the matter and in supersession of the Government memo. ninth read above and to avoid hardship to the dependents of the deceased employees, working in the recognized aided institutions and in the interest of justice and equity, hereby orders that the date of implementation of the G.O.Ms.No.113, Education (SE.PS1) Department dated 06.10.2009 shall be with retrospective effect i.e. from 20.10.2004. The orders of the appointments shall come into force with prospective only and that the eligibility of the dependent shall be reckoned, as on the death of the employee.

8. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action accordingly and to take appropriate action for withdrawal of the Writ Petitions / Writ Appeals/SLPs etc., if any filed on the above subject matter.

9. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.72/PFS/2014, dated 05.07.2014.

    Good evening Sir,

    We are working in APDDCF LTD., since form 6 to 10 years ,we are the under signed of deceased employee those died on service .some employees died on duty but here nobody taking action here nearly 25 to 30 employees expired on service and there family depend on Dairy .Our family are suffering form financial problem.We present lot of representation to Management but in this matter there not taking any necessary action.But in our Federation all G.Os are implemented but 595.G.O not implementing .Please help us .

    my name is t.sainath singh age s/o late t. prabhu singh(junior assistant) superintendent of police.govt railway police, secbad died in 1996 in road accident while in service as my age is 13 years at the time of fathers death.
    we got letter from telangana govt(revenue dept)L.Dis.No.A4/2100/2006 dated 07/08/2014 stating that under the scheme of compassionate appointment to my mother t.sangeeta(51 yrs) as she is not keeping good health ,under constant treatment and not in a position to take up any job.
    i would like to make a request with your goodself to kindly consider the appointment to me on compassionate grounds in place of my father late t.prabhu singh,jr.asst govt railway police secbad.
    therefore, i request your goodself to kindly consider my above request on sympathetic and humanitarian grounds,as there is no other earning member in the family and thus facing untold hardship; and for such act of kindness my family would ever remain highly grateful to your goodself.

    I am M.Rakesh kumar S\O Late M.Vijay kumar Ex-Foreman in O\o Commissioner and directorate of agriculture who expired in the year 2013 nov 23,
    I am the only son requested for compassionate appointment with telangana govt, The Govt says there is a ban on all compassionate appointments in Head offices which is yet not lifted, Is there any other way to approach CM KCR regarding this matter, If yes please suggest the way to get appointment of CM to meet in person regarding this matter.

    i am sampath kumars/o Rama chary, applied for compassionate appointment in year of 2008…after bringing required certificates in year 2012 they said that according to G.O 113 in aided schools government imposed ban of compassionate appointments in aided school from 2004 to 2008 and after 2009 died dependents only eligible for compassionate appointments my father died in 2008 i lost my hopes…after formation of Telangana 11thseptember 2014 again Issued G.O 5 implementation to GO.113 , GO said that the 2004 to 2008 died dependents also eligble for compassionate appointmnts..then again i applied…again my applied file went to school, school to DEO Office, DEO office to collector office, and then it retrurned to DEO office for they need more informaton regarding this G.O almost one year over…C&DSE not answering in this matter..can you please to approach ..where i have to approch…
