Indiramma Pensions to Old age persons and Widows


A provision of Rs. 31875.00 lakhs has been made in BE 2013-14 for implementation of “Welfare Pensions” under INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons and Widows” under plan scheme, during the 1st quarter of the current financial year 2013-14.

The Finance (WA.I) Department have issued consolidated BRO for an amount of Rs.57500.00 lakhs for implementation of various “Welfare Pensions”, of Rural Development Department, out of which an amount of Rs.31875.00 lakhs have been earmarked for implementation of “INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons and Widows” under Plan Scheme during the 1st quarter of the current financial year 2013-14.

Welfare Pensions Under INDIRAMMA pensions to Old age persons and Widows

Government after examination accord administrative Sanction for release of an amount of Rs.31875.00 lakhs (Rupees Three hundred and eighteen crores and seventy five lakhs only) to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad for implementation of “Welfare Pensions Under INDIRAMMA pensions to Old age persons and Widows” under Plan Scheme during the current financial year 2013-14.

The amount sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to the following Heads of Accounts: (a) General Plan for SCs: Rs.24725.00 lakhs (Rupees Two hundred and forty seven crores and twenty five lakhs only):

2235 – Social Security and Welfare 60 – Other Social Security and Welfare Programmes MH-200 – Other programmes GH 11 – Normal State Plan
SH (23) – INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons and Widows
310 – Grants in Aid 312 – Other grants in aid.

(b) Special Component Plan for SCs::Rs. 5200.00 lakhs (Rupees Fifty two crores only):

2235 – Social Security and Welfare 60 – Other Social Security and Welfare Programmes MH789 – Special Component Plan for Scheduled Castes
GH 11 – Normal State Plan SH (23) – INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons and Widows 310 – Grants in Aid 312 – Other grants in aid.

(c) Tribal Area Sub-Plan Rs. 1950.00 lakhs (Rupees nineteen crores, and fifty lakhs only):

2235 – Social Security and Welfare 60 – Other Social Security and Welfare Programmes MH796 – Tribal Areas Sub-Plan GH 11 – Normal State Plan
SH (23) – INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons and Widows
310 – Grants in Aid 312 – Other grants in aid.

The Commissioner of Rural Development, Hyderabad shall draw the funds based on the BRO issued by the Finance Department in the reference read above by presenting Grants-in-aid bill and release the same by way of ECS in favour of CEO, SERP, SB Account No. 62206194762 (IFSC: SBHY0020263), SBH, Adarshnagar Branch, Hyderabad, after obtaining the budget authorisation from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad and intimate the allotment of funds to the Government and also watch the drawal and utilization of funds by the DRDAs and District Collector

The Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad is informed that, these allotments cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure and the same shall be spent under proper sanction of the competent authority as prescribed under relevant rules and informed that no further budget will be released until the DOR is received.

The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary Budget Authorization to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad based on the Budget Release Order issued in the reference read above.

This order does not require the concurrence of the finance Department in view of the BRO issued by the Finance (WA.I) Department
