In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the A.P. Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 (Act 5 of 1963), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby exempt 25% of applicable Motor Vehicle Tax in respect of Luxury coaches owned by Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation for a period of 3 (Three) years from the date of issue of the Order.
