Establishment of a Junior Civil Judge’s Court and a Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Maheswaram


Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has forwarded two draft notifications and requested the Government to approve and publish the same in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette Extraordinary;

2. The Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, have decided to accept and to issue Notifications under sub-section (1) of section 12 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), and sub-section (1) of section 11 of Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), respectively.

3. Accordingly, the following Notifications will be published in an Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION -I

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 12 of
the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of
Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Andhra Pradesh

hereby establish a Court of Junior Civil Judge at Maheswaram in the District of Rangareddy as sanctioned in the G.O.Ms.No.80, Law (LA&J-Home-Courts C) Department, dated 10-07-2013 and G.O.Ms.No.295, Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 28-10-2013, with effect from the date on which the Officer posted, assumes charge.

NOTIFICATION -II

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 11 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, hereby establish a Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Maheswaram in the District of Rangareddy as sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.80, Law (LA&J-Home-Courts.C) Department, dated 10-07-2013 and G.O.Ms.No.295, Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 28-10-2013, with effect from the date on which the Officer posted, assumes charge.
