Appointment of 9 Additional Judges in Andhra Pradesh High Court


In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint 1) Shri Bulusu Sivasankara Rao, 2) Shri Mandhata Seetharama Murti, 3) Shri Saripella Ravi Kumar, 4) Shri Upmaka Durga Prasad Rao, 5) Shri Talluri Sunil Chowdary, 6)Shri Mallavolu Satyanarayana Murthy7)Shri Misrilal Sunil Kishore Jaiswal, 8)Shri Ambati Shankar Narayana and 9)Smt. Anis, to be Additional Judges of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two years with effect from the dates they assume charge of their offices.

Under article 219 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the  Hon’ble Sri Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta,the  Chief Justice of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad,  as the person before whom who have been appointed as Additional Judges of the Andhra Pradesh High Court shall make and subscribe an oath or affirmation, according to the form set out for the purpose in the Third Schedule to the Constitution of India, before they assume charge of their offices.
