A.P.Fire & Emergency Services Association – Amendments to the Bye-laws 1


The President, A.P. Fire & Emergency Services Association in his representations , has stated that certain amendments to the Bye-Laws of the Association have been proposed and resolved during the General Body meeting conducted on 20.10.2010 at Vijayawada, Krishna District with a view to have administrative convenience and for improvement of monetary position of the Association and he has requested the Government to approve the amendments.

The  Government,  after  careful  examination  of  the  matter,  hereby approve the amendments to the Bye-laws of the A.P. Fire & Emergency Services Association which are annexed to this order under Rule  3(2)(g) of the  AP  Civil  Services  (Recognition  of  Service  Associations)  Rules,  2001, issued in the G.O

The President, A.P. Fire & Emergency Services Association shall take necessary action and furnish updated copies of the Bye-laws duly incorporating the approved amendments to the Government.

VII- SOURCE OF INCOME & MEMBERSHIP FEE

The  Association  shall  dependent  for its income to meet expenditure on the following sources.

1) Admission Fee.

2) Annual Membership Fee.

3) Grant-in-Aid from the Government.

4) An  Institutional  Aid  or  Grant with the express permission of the Head of the Department.

Note: Every Member on his enrollment shall pay Rs.150/- admission fee and continue to pay Rs.50/-  annual  Membership  Fee for District and Rs.100/- for State commencing from the association every year.

VII- SOURCE OF INCOME & MEMBERSHIP FEE:

 

The Association shall dependent for its income   to   meet  expenditure   on   the following sources.

 

1) Admission Fee for fresh

Members.

2) Annual Membership Fee.

3) Grant-in-Aid from the

Government.

4) deleted.

 

Note-1:- Fresh members on his Admission shall pay Rs.800/- to the state body.

Note-2:- Every Member shall pay  annual Membership Fee @Rs.100/ for District committee  and  Rs.200/-for  State Committee  each  for  every  year commencing from the association.

Note-3:- If any member fails to pay or removes form the roll of member ship as per the bye-law, the said member shall make appeal through district association to the  state  association  and  sought permission and on his re-enrollment, the said member shall pay all the arrears.

As per Note-2 apart from fee prescribed Note-1.

To Incur expenditure for payment of D.A for the representatives attending the  general  Body  Meeting  and Managing  committee  Meeting  of District Association as Follows:-

At State Head Quarters…..Rs.200/- At Cities …Rs.100/-

Note:   To   meet   the   miscellaneous expenditure. Now approved as follows:

I.

(i) District General body Meeting

Rs.2000/-

(ii) District Executive body Meeting Rs.1000/-

 

(iii) State General body Meeting Rs.15000/-

(iv) State Executive body Meeting

Rs.7500/-

II.

The Following imprest cash is allowed for unforeseen expenditure.

i.       With President Rs.2000/-

ii.  With  Gen. Secretary Rs.1000/-

iii.     With Treasurer Rs.1000/-

The above imprest amount in District Level is allowed at Rs.1000/- each president, Secretary and treasurer.

XI (5) (C)

To Incur expenditure for payment of D.A for the representatives attending the general Body Meeting and Managing committee Meeting of District Association as Follows:-

At State Head Quarters…..Rs.500/- At Cities                     ……Rs.300/-

Note:    To    meet    the    miscellaneous expenditure. Now approved as follows:

(i) District General body Meeting

Rs.5000/-

 

(ii) District Executive body Meeting

Rs.3000/-

(iii) State General body Meeting

Rs.25000/-

(iv) State Executive body Meeting

Rs.15000/-

II.

The Following imprest cash is allowed for unforeseen expenditure.

i.With President Rs.5000/-

ii. With Gen. Secretary Rs.5000/- iii.     With Treasurer Rs.5000/-

 

The  above  imprest  amount  in  District Level is allowed at Rs.3000/- each president, Secretary and treasurer.
