881Crores for 242 AP Social Welfare Residential Schools


The Secretary, APSWREI Society, Hyderabad in consultation with the MD, APEWIDC, Hyderabad has submitted a detailed project report in his letter  for the augmentation of infrastructural facilities in (240) AP Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions” under SCSP 2013-14 with an estimated cost of Rs.881.53 Crores spread over for (3) years G.O.Ms.No. 4 Dated: 20-01-2014

The Nodal Agency for SCSP in its meeting held on 13-03-2013 and  04-05-2013 approved the proposal of the Secretary, APSWREIS / MD APEWIDC and recommended to the State Council. The State Council in its meeting held on 21-05-2013 has approved the proposal of the augmentation of infrastructural facilities in (240) AP Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions in 23 Districts at a cost of Rs.881.53 Crores.

in the circumstances reported by the Secretary, APSWREIS, Hyderabad in his letter and Govt., after careful examination of the proposal of the Secretary, APSWREIS / MD APEWIDC hereby accorded administrative sanction for augmentation of infrastructural facilities in (242)  AP Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions in 23 Districts (as listed in the Annexure-I & II appended  to this GO) with an estimated cost of Rs.881.53 Crores under SCSP spread over (3) three years as approved by the State Council for Development of SCs and STs. Adequate budget has been provided during the current year   2013-14 as a part of the SCSP 2013-14.

The above expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Accounts Plan: 4225-01-MH277-GH07-SH32-530/531 & Plan: 4225-01-MH277-GH11-SH34-530/531.

The Secretary, APSWREI Society, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action and execute the works in a time bound manner during the current financial year through the MD, APEWIDC, Hyderabad.
