YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Will be Arrested on Friday by CBI ?
Just hours after rejection Mr Jagan Reddy’s petition to postpone his interrogation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on 25 May 2012 at 11 30 am, Hyderabad Police Commissioner orders 144 section in the city till 29 May 2012 this sings are conforming that there will be a harsh decision against Jagan Reddy and his followers.
The investigation against Mr Y Jagan Reddy was ordered in August by the Andhra Pradesh High Court. A few weeks ago, the CBI said that the accounts of his businesses would remain frozen pending the investigation. Jagan Mohan Reddy written a letter to the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh to save him from a Congress-Telugu Desam Party-CBI ‘conspiracy’ to nail him for alleged irregularities.
In a letter addressed to Dr Singh, Reddy, president of the YSR Congress, alleged that Andhra Pradesh Governor E S L Narasimhan was also involved in the conspiracy to arrest him in connection with a disproportionate assets case
Mr Reddy, who is an MP, split with the Congress after his father’s death and formed his own party, the YSR Congress. In a letter to the Prime Minister on Tuesday, he said that the Congress, the opposition Telugu Desam Party, and the CBI are conspiring to have him arrested ahead of by-elections in the state, scheduled for June 12. Mr Reddy’s party is fielding candidates for all 18 constituencies which will vote.
