Stree Nidhi Credit Cooperative Federation Ltd is a society registered under State  Cooperative Societies Act’1964 with its registered office located in Hyderabad. Stree Nidhi has been promoted by federations of SHGs in association with Govt. of Telangana and commenced operations on 06.10.2011. Stree Nidhi is looking for talented, qualified, committed professionals from reputed institutions and experienced, project FTEs in level 3 & 4  cadres of SERP and employees of similar cadres of MEPMA and others from MF sector who have requisite experience for the following positions. All the positions are subject to entire State of Telangana and the Management reserves the right of transferring any of its employees to any of the Districts of Telangana except those specifically recruited for H.O. and these will be subject to administrative exigencies.

Qualifications Any Post Graduate/preference will be given to MBA/PGDBM in Finance / Social Work/ Commerce/ or Graduate in Agriculture / Veterinary from a recognized University. Qualification in Computer Application is desirable.
Experience 5-10 years working experience with SHGs and their federations / Rural Banking/Financial Institutions in credit monitoring and management of NPA / recovery etc,.
Age 32 to 40 years
Other Requirements Proficiency in Computer Applications is must. Must have proficiency in Telugu and English. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Posting Posting will be at Ranga Reddy District Head Quarter and should be willing to work anywhere in the State.

Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA/PGDBM in Finance, MSW/M.Com from a recognized University is preferable. Qualification in Computer Application is essential.
Experience 2-3 years experience in working with SHGs and their Federations/ Microfinance institutions/Community based organizations is desirable.
Age 25 to 30 years, relaxable by 5 years in case of deserving candidates
Requirements Candidates must have computer knowledge, proficiency in Computer Applications. Must have proficiency in English and Telugu. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills. Must own a vehicle or should be willing to acquire the same. Must possess Driving License. Should be willing to tour 20 days in a month

Qualifications Graduate in Computer Science or Post Graduate in Computer Science, M.SC (Comp.Sc), MCA/ B.Tech (C.Sc)/ (IT) from a recognized University.
Experience Should possess minimum 3-5-years experience in the field of Information technology. Procurement of Hardware. Ability to take care of IT systems/Net Working and procedures and IT asset management of the organization. Liasoning with TSP’s.
Age 25 to 30 years
Other Requirements Certification in CCNA/CCNP & Database tool like SQL-2008 is an added advantage.


Posting At Head Office




  • AGM: Consolidated salary of   Rs.25000/- per month. Those posted in the district will be eligible for hired car and DA.
  • Manager: Consolidated scale of Rs.20,000/- per month.

Higher salary can be considered in case of deserving candidates with professional competency and experience.

The Selected candidates shall be taken on contract basis. The contract tenure will be 2 years and renewed thereafter, subject to mutual consent and performance. There will be regular performance review and Stree Nidhi has discretion to terminate his/her services on account of unsatisfactory performance. In case of deputation, salary as per the scale drawn in the parent department will be considered. In case of applications from SERP, candidates should be in L3, & L4, category for Manager and AGM positions respectively.

Candidates to note that this is not a Government Job.


  1. The eligible candidates who are shortlisted will be called in the ratio of 1:5 for personal interview and decision of Stree Nidhi in this regard shall be final.

Assisting AGM in the following aspects:


Credit Flow: ü  Reporting to AGM

1)   Database Administration (DBA) and maintenance of database system

2)   Expertise in computer and network security, including the administration of security devices such as firewalls, consulting on general security measures etc.,

4)   Responsible for the integrity of the data and efficiency and performance of the system

5)   Maintenance of network infrastructure such as switches and routers diagnoses problems.
