Government of Telangana with RT 747 on 07 Octomber 2014 Issued following distribution of subjects among the officers of Chief Minister’s Office Telangana State is made with immediate effect:

Shri S. Narsing Rao, IAS., Prl. Secretary to C.M.

1. General Administration, including Law & Order, I & PR Dept.
2. Home Department
3. Finance Department
4. Planning Department
5. Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Department
6. Energy ( including Singareni Collieries ) Department
7. Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department
8. Revenue (Commercial Taxes, Prohibition and Excise and Stamps & Registration) Department
9. Industries ( including Infrastructure & Investment) Department
10. Roads & Buildings Department
11. Overall incharge of C.M.O.
– Over all Supervision and coordination of the work of all other officers and staff in CMO.

– Addl. Secretary and Special Secretaries shall discuss with the Principal Secretary to CM on any major policy issues.

    1. It is respectfully submitted before the Hon’ble Commission on behalf of Shia Muslim Community which is represented through President of Shia Development organization a registered society under the societies registration Act of Telangana and working for the interest and welfare of Shia Education free one from that prison. It increases people awareness of opportunities for advancement and imparts the ability. Literacy is thus the first step tot empowerment. It is said that economic returns both private and social on education are high. It is envisaged in the constitution of India, that the state has to come up with special policies to address the education and employment related problems of the disadvantages groups such as women and weaker sections.

    reg: scholarship pending problem
    Sir. some telangana nativity students are admitted in seemandhra universities before state bifurcation. I am belongs to this category. we are not getting fee reimbursement since 3 years(A.Y 2013-14). Hence I kindly requesting you please resolved this problem. & released us pending reimbursement fee urgently. we are facing fee problem in universities. They are not given us certificatrs. Thank you for spending your valuable time for me. Please given me reply urgently.
