Engineer-in-Chief (Irrigation), Irrigation & CAD Department, Hyderabad in the references G.O.RT.No.489 Dated: 16/05/2016 1) From the Engineer-in-Chief (Irrigation), Hyderabad letter No.ENC(I)/DCE.1/OT.5/SO3/PJP-Gen/2013, dated 16-08-2013. 2) From the Engineer-in-Chief (Irrigation), Hyderabad letter No.ENC(I)/DCE.1/OT2/ AEE5/PJP/Rajoli-II LIS/2016, dated 12-02-2016. 3) Govt.Memo.No.7225/CAD.1/2015-2, dated 04-03-2016 , after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord permission for delocalization of ayacut of 2200 acres from RDS ayacut for the proposed Rajoli Lift-II L.I. Scheme on back water of Sunkesula Barrage on Tungabhadra River in Waddepally Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. The details is appended to this order.

2. The Engineer-in-Chief (Irrigation), Irrigation & CAD Department, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter.

Under Supplementary Rule 54 of F.R.S.R. read with the orders issued in Office Memorandum F.No:19030/3/2008-E.IV, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, New Delhi, Dated:23rd September, 2008, post facto permission is hereby accorded to Dr. S.K.Joshi, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government, I&CAD Department to accompany the Hon’ble Minister (Irrigation) to proceed to Bengaluru on 28.04.2016 in connection with the meeting to discuss the issue related to Rajoli Banda Diversion Scheme with the Hon’ble Minister for Water Resources, Government of Karnataka.

2. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above visit including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty” G.O.RT.No. 1002 Dated: 06/05/2016, From Principal Secretary to Government,I&CAD Department, No.40/Prl. Secy-Irrg/2016, dt.29.04.2016

It was reported that due to heavy rains/floods in the Tungabhadra River during the month of October, 2009 and breach of earthern dam of K.C. Barrage, the entire Rajoli village has been effected and submerged in flood water. In order to reconstruct the 400 houses to flood affected families in Rajoli village of Mahaboobnagar District at a Unit Cost of Rs.1,25,000/- and the total financial out-lay for construction of 400 houses would be Rs.5.00 Crores and A.P. State Housing Corporation Ltd., is the executing agency for construction of these houses and they proposed to construct in three stages.

Accordingly, in the reference second read above, a project report for construction of 400 house { @ unit cost of Rs.1,25,000/-} works out to Rs. 5.00 Crores is prepared and submitted to the Chairman & Managing Director, Power Finance Corporation, New Delhi with a request to consider the project report for providing the financial assistance of Rs. 5.00 Crores for taking up the construction of 400 houses in the flood affected areas in Rajoli village by A.P. State Housing Corporation Ltd., since it is the executing agency for these houses.

Power Finance Corporation Limited, New Delhi requested to arrange for approval of Government of Andhra Pradesh for the housing scheme in Rajoli village of Mahaboobnagar District and also executing agency i.e., A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited, Hyderabad urgently for processing the issue. (PTO) Sl. State Housing Corporation Limited, Hyderabad as executing agency for construction of these 400 houses in Rajoli village of Mahaboobnagar District.
