159 Crores for INDIRAMMA Old age persons and 54 Crores for Disabled persons


Telangana Government approved 159 Crores for INDIRAMMA Old age persons and 54 Crores for Disabled persons  with G.O.Rt.No.288 Dated:10-12-2014 G.O.Rt.No.287 A provision of Rs.1315,77,41,000/- has been made in the BE 2014-2015 towards meeting the expenditure during the current financial year 2014-15 under the Scheme of INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons and widows and an amount of Rs.390,23,29,000/- has already been released vide GOs 1st to 4th read above, during the current Financial Year 2014-2015.

Finance (EBS.VIII) Department have issued a consolidated BRO for an amount of Rs.215,70,46,000/- under Plan for the months of October and November, 2014 (Rs.21348.20 lakhs from the BE 2014-15 and an amount of Rs.222.26 lakhs as additional funds) in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders for additional funds and Quarterly Regulation Orders for implementation of various Social Security Pension schemes of Rural Development Department, out of which an amount of Rs.159,04,58,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Nine Crores Four Lakhs and Fifty Eight Thousand only) has been earmarked under INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons and widows Scheme for the months of October and November, 2014.

Government after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.159,04,58,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Nine Crores Four Lakhs and Fifty Eight Thousand only) to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Telangana, Hyderabad to
meet the expenditure under INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons and widows Scheme for the months of October and November, 2014 during the current Financial year 2014-2015.

The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the following Heads of Account: (a) General Plan of Rs.74,52,20,000/- (Rupees Seventy Four Crores Fifty Two Lakhs and Twenty Thousand only):
2235 – Social Security and Welfare
60 – Other Social Security and Welfare Programmes
MH-200 – Other programmes
GH 11 – Normal State Plan
SH (23) – INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons & Widows
310 – Grants-in-Aid
312 – Other Grants-in-Aid.

5. The Commissioner of Rural Development, Telangana, Hyderabad shall draw the funds as sanctioned above by presenting a Grants-in-Aid Bill, and release the same by way of Electronic Clearance Service (ECS) in favour of Chief Executive Officer, SERP, SB.Account.No.62206194762 (IFSC:SBHY0020263), SBH, Adarshnagar Branch, Hyderabad, after obtaining the budget authorisation from the Director of Treasuries and
Accounts, Telangana, Hyderabad and intimate the allotment of funds to the Government and also watch the drawal and utilization of funds by the DRDAs, and the District Collectors.

6. The Commissioner, Rural Development, Telangana, Hyderabad is informed that, the allotment cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure and the same shall be spent under proper sanction of the competent authority as prescribed under relevant
Rules, and he is further informed that no further budget will be released until the DOR is received.

7. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Telangana, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary Budget Authorization to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Telangana, Hyderabad based on the BRO.

A provision of Rs.367,75,23,000/- has been made in the BE 2014-2015 towards meeting the expenditure during the current financial year 2014-15 under the Scheme of INDIRAMMA Pensions to Disabled persons and Rs.170,49,00,000/- has already been released vide GOs 1st to 4th read above so far, during the current financial Year 2014-2015.

3. Government after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.54,43,62,000/- (Rupees Fifty Four Crores Forty Three Lakhs and Sixty Two Thousand only) to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Telangana, Hyderabad to meet the expenditure under INDIRAMMA Pensions to Disabled persons Scheme for the months of October and November, 2014 during the current Financial year 2014-2015.

4. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the following Heads of Account:
