113 crores for TELANGANA INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons


In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O,Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.113,62,49,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirteen Crores Sixty Two Lakhs and Forty Nine Thousand only) towards Indiramma Pensions to Old Age Persons and Widows for the months of June, July and August, 2014.

2. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the following Heads of Account:

(a) General Plan of Rs. 87,85,44,000/- (Rupees Eighty Seven Crores Eighty Five Lakhs and Forty Four Thousand only):
2235 – Social Security and Welfare 60 – Other Social Security and Welfare Programmes MH-200 – Other programmes
GH 11 – Normal State Plan SH (23) – INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons & Widows
310 – Grants-in-Aid 312 – Other Grants-in-Aid.

(b) Special Component Plan for SCs of Rs. 18,60,58,000/- (Rupees Eighteeen Crores Sixty Lakhs and Fifty Eight Thousand only):
2235 – Social Security and Welfare
60 – Other Social Security and Welfare Programmes
MH789 – Special Component Plan for Scheduled Castes GH 11 – Normal State Plan
SH (23) – INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons & Widows 310 – Grants-in-Aid
312 – Other Grants-in-Aid.

(c) Tribal Areas Sub Plan of Rs.7,16,47,000/- (Rupees Seven Crores Sixteen
Lakhs and Forty Seven Thousand only):
2235 – Social Security and Welfare
60 – Other Social Security and Welfare Programmes
MH796 – Tribal Areas Sub-Plan
GH 11 – Normal State Plan
SH (23) – INDIRAMMA Pensions to Old age persons & Widows
310 – Grants-in-Aid
312 – Other Grants-in-Aid.

The Commissioner of Rural Development, Hyderabad shall draw the funds as sanctioned above by presenting a Grants-in-Aid Bill, and release the same by way of Electronic Clearance Service (ECS) in favour of CEO, SERP, SB Account No. 62206194762 (IFSC: SBHY0020263), SBH, Adarshnagar Branch, Hyderabad, after obtaining the budget authorisation from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, AP., Hyderabad and intimate the allotment of funds to the Government and also watch the drawal and utilization of funds by the DRDAs, and the District Collectors.

4. The Commissioner, Rural Development, Hyderabad is informed that, the allotment cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure and the same shall be spent under proper sanction of the competent authority asprescribed under relevant Rules, and he is further informed that no further budget will be released until the DOR is received.

5. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary Budget Authorization to the Commissioner, Rural development, AP,Hyderabad.

6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (WA.I) Department in view of the Budget Release order issued by the Finance
Department in the reference.
