Government of Ap have issued detailed instructions for Post-Matric Scholarships which includes the administration of scholarships and the procedure for scholarships.
The Higher Education Department has notified uniform fees in respect of Convenor & Management Quota for Under Graduate Engineering courses including Pharmacy, Planning Architecture and Pharm-D courses in Private un-aided colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2012-13.Vide G.O.Rt.No.639 Higher Education (EC.1) Department, dated 25-08-2012 and G.O.Rt.No.653 Higher Education (EC.1) Department, dated 29-08-2012, the fees notified for B.Pharmacy & Pharm-D Colleges and the fee reimbursable are given as under

* SC & ST students are eligible for full reimbursement of fees in view of the partial reimbursement from Government of India.
The fees as notified in the G.O subject strictly to the physical verification & confirmation by the task force constituted for the purpose by the Higher Education Department. Further the fee is likely to revised by the High Court in view of the cases filed by the management’s of the colleges.
The subject of fee fixation by the AFRC has been discussed in the Meetings of the Group of Ministers held on 16-08-2012 & 28-08-2012. After detailed discussions and deliberations on the implications of the fee fixation consequent to the introduction of the uniform fee for the year 2012-13 in pursuance of the orders of the Hon’ble High Court and Supreme Court, the Government hereby Issues the following Order:
Henceforth, the scholarship policy shall be delinked from fee fixation done by the Higher Education Department. Hereafter, the Government shall notify the scholarship policy separately which shall specify the quantum of fee to be reimbursed.
In partial modification of para 4 I (ii) of reference , the fee reimbursement for B.Pharmacy & Pharm-D Courses for the year 2012-13 for all eligible students under the convenor quota shall be as follows.
(a) All eligible students other than SCs and STs, are eligible for a fee reimbursement of up to Rs.31,000/- for studying B.Pharmacy Course in any of the colleges listed under Annexure II-A, II-B, II-C and II-D as specified in G.O.Rt.No.639 Higher Education (EC.1) Department, dated:25-08-2012.
(b) All eligible students other than SCs and STs, are eligible for a maximum fee reimbursement of up to Rs.68,000/- for studying Pharm D Courses in any of the colleges listed under Annexure III A and III B as specified in G.O.Rt.No.639 Higher Education (EC.1) Department, dated:25-08-2012.
(c) All eligible SC and ST students shall be eligible for full tuition fee reimbursement regardless of the college of study as specified.
The administration of scholarships shall be administered online at http://epass.cgg.gov.in. The Project Monitoring Unit shall ensure that all the fee structures for colleges as specified in G.O.Rt.No.639 Higher Education (EC.1) Department, dated 25-08-2012 are updated on the website to enable processing of scholarship claims for 2012-13.
The fees are strictly subject to the Inspection Reports submitted by the Task Force entrusted with the responsibility of inspection of Colleges. The fees are also likely to revision by the courts, however the amount of fee reimbursement shall not exceed the amounts specified in paras 6(a) & 6(b) above or the actual fee finalized by the Education department, whichever is less. The Project Monitoring Unit shall confirm the validity of the fees before releasing fee reimbursements to the college accounts through the e-Pass online system.
The Commissioner of Social Welfare / Commissioner of Tribal Welfare / Director of B.C. Welfare / Director of Welfare of Disabled and Senior Citizens / VC & MD, A.P. State Minorities Finance Corporation are directed to take action accordingly.
