Scheduled Commodities Dealers (Licensing, Storage and Regulation


Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Commodities Dealers (Licensing, Storage and Regulation) Order, 2008 was issued requiring the Dealers to take licenses for Food grains, Edible Oils and Edible Oilseeds, and to maintain stock limits as prescribed under the said order.

The Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Commodities Dealers (Licensing, Storage and Regulation) Order, 2008 was extended for a further period beyond 30th September, 2011 and upto 30.9. 2012 as per S.O 2nd read above in respect of Pulses, edible oil and edible oil seeds.

3. In the G.O. 5th read above, the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Commodities Dealers (Licensing, Storage and Regulation) Order, 2008 was extended for a further period beyond 30.11.2011 and upto 30.11.2012 in respect of Paddy and Rice as per S.O. 4th read above.

The Govt. of India have issued orders amending the Removal of (Licensing Requirements, Stock limits and Movement Restrictions) on specified Foodstuffs Order, 2002 extending the validity period of stock limits and licence requirements in respect of commodities Pulses, Edible Oils and Edible Oil Seeds for a further period of one year beyond 30.9. 2012 and upto 30.9.2013

Accordingly, the Government, hereby issue orders amending the orders issued in the reference 3rd read above extending the validity period in respect of Pulses, Edible Oil and Edible Oil Seeds beyond 30.09. 2012 for a further period upto 30. 9.2013 as per S.O 2320 (E) dated 27. 09. 2012.

The Commissioner of Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall publish the Notification in the Extra-ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette on .11.2012 and send 500 copies of the notification to this department immediately after publication for record.

The Director of Translation, Hyderabad shall furnish immediately the translation of the notification in the regional languages concerned to the Commissioner of Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad to enable him to publish the same in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette under intimation to the Government.
