The Commissioner of Technical Education, A.P., Hyderabad has furnished the proposal for sanction of new Government Polytechnic College at Kosgi of Mahboobnagar District to start with (3) Diploma Courses namely in Mechanical Engineering (DME), Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (DEEE) and Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) with an intake of (60) in each course from the academic year 2012- 13 which have market demand.
Government after careful examination hereby accord Administrative Sanction to start new Government Polytechnic at Kosgi of Mahboobnagar District, with the following courses & intake from the Academic year 2012-13 subject to obtaining approval from AICTE, New Delhi:

The total financial implication for establishment of the Polytechnic is Rs.883.32 lakhs (Rupees eight crores eighty three lakhs and thirty two thousand only) out of which Rs.104.46 lakhs (Rupees one crore four lakhs and fourty six thousands only) is towards 1st year expenditure.
Separate Government orders will be issued regarding sanction of posts for the Polytechnic. The Commissioner of Technical Education, AP, Hyderabad shall take necessary action for sending necessary proposals for sanction of posts.
