Nellore District Alienation of Government land


District Collector SPSR Nellore has stated that the Assistant Director, Department of Sainik Hyderabad has requested him for allotment of land measuring Ac.0.31 cents in Sy. No.2208 of Nellore Bit-I, Kothur Village, Nellore Mandal for handing over the land for construction of ECHS permanent building as the Government of India is pressing hard for the same. He has further stated that the proposed land has been inspected by the Tahsildar Nellore and prepared the sub-division records and pre-scrutinized for the purpose of alienation. The land is free from encroachment and there is no tombs, trees and structures. ‘A-1’ Notice has been published on 9.6.2015 and no objections have been received. The land is suitable for construction of buildings, and located at a distance of nearly 9 KM from headquarters and it is situated on the northern-side to Nellore-Podalakur R & B Road.

The District Collector, SPSR Nellore District, has therefore submitted proposals for alienation of Government land to an extent of Ac.0.15 cents in Sy. No. 2208/3 of Nellore Bit-I, Kothur Village, Nellore Mandal, SPSR Nellore District on payment of Rs.10.89 lakh calculated on the basic value @ Rs.72,60,000/- per acre in favour of Office In-charge, Ex-Servicemen Central Health Scheme (ECHS) Polyclinic, Nellore for construction of a Polyclinic Centre for Ex-Servicemen.

Chief Commissioner of Land Administration has stated that the proposal was placed before the A.P. Land Management Authority (APLMA) in its meeting held on 29.7.2015 and the APLMA has resolved to recommend to the Government as proposed by the Collector, Nellore for alienation of the proposal land subject to the certain conditions in addition to the conditions under BSO-24 and
G.O. Ms. No.571, dated 14.9.2012.

Government after careful examination hereby order for alienation of land to an extent of Ac.0.15 cents in Sy. No. 2208/3 of Nellore Bit-I, Kothur Village, Nellore Mandal, SPSR Nellore district on payment of basic value @ Rs.72,60,000/- per acre in favour of Office In-charge, Ex-Servicemen Central Health Scheme (ECHS) Polyclinic,
Nellore for construction of a Polyclinic Centre for Ex-Servicemen subject to the following conditions in addition to the conditions under BSO-24 and G.O. Ms. No.571, dated 14.9.2012.

(i) The land shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is allotted within three years of the orders of alienation;

(ii) The alienee shall submit an annual report before 31st March on the progress of utilization to the District Collector;

(iii) The water-bodies, if any existing in the land should not be disturbed and
should be allowed to continue their nature course;

(iv) The District Collector shall be the authority for resumption of the land to Government in case of failure to comply with the terms and conditions of alienation.

5. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, AP Hyderabad and the District Collector, SPSR Nellore shall take further necessary action accordingly
