In the reference read above, the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation,Hyderabadhas stated that the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation,has taken up the road widening ofInner Ring RoadfromHyderabadPublic SchooltoSt. John’sChurchfor the proposed 150’-0” wide road so as to ensure free flow of traffic. The premises bearing No.10-2-274/4 situated atS.P. Road, Secunderabad is getting affected to an extent of 427.02 Square Yards along with a structure admeasuring 3156 sq. ft. Accordingly, the matter was negotiated with the owner of the affected property who has agreed to hand over the land admeasuring 136.02 sq. yds. at free of cost to GHMC with a view to avail relaxation of setbacks as per G.O.Ms.No.279 MA, dated 01.04.2008 and for the remaining site 291.00 sq. yds. at the basic value of Rs.48,000/- per sq. yd. as per the book value of Registration and Stamps Department of total existing of 427.02 sq. yds. Only as per Lr.No.258/2011, dated 03.09.2011 issued by Sub-Registrar, Maredpally.
The Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad has stated that the proposal for payment of compensation to the land for an extent of 291.00 sq. yds @ Rs.48,000/- per sq. yd. as per the book value of the Registration and Stamp Department has been approved by the Standing Committee vide Resolution No.316, dated 30.01.2012 and also approved by the General Body of the Corporation vide Resolution No.235, dated 25.02.2012 and requested to accord sanction for payment of Rs.1,39,68,000/- to Smt. Vijaya Lakshmi, towards land acquisition compensation for the land acquired in D.No.10-2-274/4 of S.P.Road, Secunderabad for widening of the road from Hyderabad Public School to St. John’s Church for completing the Inner Ring Road.
In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.1,39,68,000/-( Rupees One Crore thirty nine lakhs and sixty eight thousand only ) towards payment of land compensation for an extent of 291.00 sq. yds @ Rs.48,000/- per sq. yd. as per the book value of the Registration and Stamp Department to Smt. Vijaya Lakshmi, D/o. Late Lalitha Seshadri in lieu of her property bearing H.No.10-2- 274/4 SP Road, Secunderabad getting affected under Inner Ring Road widening from Hyderabad Public School to St. John’s Church, subject to condition that no additional funds will be sanctioned from Government
The Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation,Hyderabadshall take necessary action accordingly.
