Extending the declaration as Unlawful Association Government of AP
Government of Andhra Pradesh Today (August 9,2012) issued notification Extending the declaration of some organizations as Unlawful Association under Andhra Pradesh Public Security Act, 1992.
The organizations declared Unlawful Association from 17th August, 2005 initially under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Security Act, 1992 (Andhra Pradesh Act No. 21 of 1992)
1) Communist Party of India (Maoist),
2) Viplava Karmika Samakhya (VIKASA), a front organization of Communist Party of India (Maoist),
3) Singareni Karmika Samakhya (SIKASA), a front organization of Communist Party of India (Maoist),
4) Radical Students Union (RSU), a front organization of Communist Party of India (Maoist),
5) Rythu Coolie Sangham (RCS), a front organization of Communist Party of India (Maoist),
6) Revolutionary Democratic Front (RDF), a front Organisation of Communist party of India (Maoist),
7) All India Revolutionary Students Federation (AIRSF), a front organization of Communist Party of India (Maoist)
8) Radical Youth League (RYL), a front organization of Communist Party of India (Maoist)
The above mentioned organizations under sub- sections (1) and (4) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Security Act, 1992 are further declared as Unlawful Associations for one more year. General Administration (SC.A) Department, dated the 11th November, 2005, and published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette Part-1, Extraordinary issue No. 780-A, dated the 12th November, 2005
