In the circumstances reported by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. State Irrigation and Development Corporation Limited in his letter 3rd read above, Government after careful consideration, hereby accord Administrative Approval to the following 13 Lift Irrigation Schemes under RIDF- XVIII for a total estimated cost of Rs.7692.89 lakh ( Rupees Seven thousand six hundred ninety two lakh and eighty nine thousand only) (i.e two Lift Irrigation Schemes Costing Rs.1064.89 lakh under RIDF-XVIII (TSP) and 11 Lift Irrigation Schemes Costing Rs.6628.00 lakh under RIDF-XVIII) with NABARD loan of Rs.6437.00 lakh ( Rupees six thousand four hundred thirty seven lakh only) under RIDF- XVIII and GoAP share of Rs.1255.89 lakh (Rupees one thousand two hundred fifty five lakh and eighty nine thousand only) to be benefit an ayacut of 3826.33 hactares, as mentioned in the following statement.

The Expenditure shall be debited to the following Heads of Account: (i) For the two Lift Irrigation Schemes (Sl. No.1 & 2 sanctioned
under sub head TSP of RIDF):
“4702 Capital outlay on Minor Irrigation – MH (101) Surface
Water – MH 796 Tribal Areas Sub-plan- GH 07 (RIDF) – SH-
15 (LI Works)- 530 Major works – 531 Other expenditure
(ii) For the remaining 11 Lift Irrigation Schemes (Sl. No. 3 to 13 sanction under normal head of RIDF):
“4702 Capital outlay on Minor Irrigation – MH (101) Surface Water – GH 07 (RIDF) – SH-15 (L I Works) – 530 Major works – 531 Other expenditure”.
The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, APSIDC Ltd. is therefore requested to follow the NABARD norms scrupulously and complete the schemes within the scheduled time.
This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per instructions issued by Finance (W.A.II) Department in Memo. No.22591-D/382/RIDF/WA.II/201, dated: 10.08.2001.
